How do I track my order?
Go to My Orders and tap the order you want to track. Click "Track Shipment" to see real-time delivery updates. You'll also receive SMS and app notifications at each milestone.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept MerlMart Wallet, Visa/Mastercard, ABA Pay, Wing, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible sellers. Add your card in the Wallet section.
How do I return a product?
Open the order in My Orders and select "Request Return". Fill out the return reason and submit. The seller has 3 days to approve. Refunds are processed in 3–7 business days once the return is confirmed.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping: 2–4 business days within Phnom Penh, 3–7 days to provinces. Express shipping: same-day or next-day for Phnom Penh. International shipping: 7–21 days.
How do I become a seller on MerlMart?
Go to your Profile and tap "Become a Seller". Fill in your store details and verify your identity. Once approved (usually within 24 hours), you can start listing products immediately.
How do I reset my password?
Go to the Login page and click "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered email and we'll send a reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within 5 minutes.
What are MerlMart Points?
You earn 1 point for every $1 spent. Points can be redeemed as wallet credit (500 pts = $5). You also earn bonus points for reviews, referrals, and daily check-ins.
How do I contact a seller?
Tap the "Chat" button on any product or store page. Messages go directly to the seller. Most sellers respond within 1–4 hours during business hours.
